Just over half mile from the Quay and a short drive from the property, offers panoramic views of Poole Harbour. The park has a sandy beach with promenade; large grassed area; established gardens; a large Paddling Pool; excellent playground facilities suitable for children up to 12 years ( over 12's play area under construction) ; adjacent free car parking; Bay Cafe (open all year round) tel: 01202 668776.   Access to this part of Poole is via the Lifting Bridge - try to avoid the "lift times"  !!!!
